Heatsealed

Heatsealed Teamwear by PSM Sportswear

PSM Sportswear provide a full customisation service using the latest state of the art heatsealing technology. We can heatseal your club or company logo on to our extensive of top quality garments.

The Heatseal Process

A heatseal logo is a film transfer that is applied to a particular garment or product. Initially we would request your logo artwork in a first generation artwork type file. The heatseal logo can then be manufactured by scanning your logo onto a PC. Our computer programmers format your logo and transfer the design onto a vinyl cutter.

The vinyl cutter then cuts the logo which needs weeding out. Once the logo has been weeded out it can be applied to your garment. The garments are then sent to our Quality Control Department for inspection.

Artwork Charges

Wherever possible, we will minimise any charges for the generation of artwork to be used as part of your order. However, where a reasonable amount of work is involved, or our workload is particularly high, we reserve the right to impose a one-off artwork charge at the manager's discretion. Customers will always be advised in advance of any charges. Artwork created in-house is wholly owned by PSM Sportswear and if necessary can be released for a nominal fee.

Digital Artwork

Wherever possible, we always prefer to work from first generation digital artwork that our customers have created. For your reference, we can accept files from Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and most other popular applications. Customers working in any other programmes should save their work in a generic file format such as TIFF, J-PEG or EPS. Apple Mac users should save their work as IBM TIFF.

Please ensure that all fonts are embedded.

If you are unable to first generation artwork then there is a charge of £40.00 + VAT per hour to generate artwork.
